Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

This antique world map reproduction captures a pivotal moment in cartographic history—Henricus Hondius's 1630 double hemisphere design, rendered in those warm, hand-coloured tones that make historical maps so visually magnetic. The twin circular projections divide the globe with elegant symmetry, offering a window into how mapmakers understood our world four centuries ago.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée and archival pigment inks that resist fading for decades. Choose from A4 through to 70x100cm depending on your wall ambitions, and pair it with one of our solid wood frames—black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—all glazed and ready to hang. Unframed prints arrive safely rolled in a protective tube, dispatched from our Newcastle studio with free UK delivery over £60.

Whether you're building a collection of vintage map prints or seeking a single statement piece for study or hallway, this Hondius map brings scholarly gravitas and genuine historical character to any space—the kind of print that rewards closer inspection each time you pass it.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
