This carp swimming art print brings Katsushika Hokusai's serene observation of nature into your home. The legendary Japanese artist captures the delicate movement of fish gliding beneath water weeds with the same precision he brought to his more famous works, but here in a quieter, more intimate moment. It's the kind of piece that rewards lingering—the longer you look, the more you notice.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the subtle gradations and fine detail hold their own for decades without fading. The horizontal format works beautifully as a landscape wall print, whether you're filling space above a dining table or creating a focal point in a living room. Hokusai's minimalist approach means it complements both sparse interiors and busier schemes.

Available unframed in sizes from A4 up to 70×100cm, or ready-framed in your choice of solid wood finishes—black, white, natural oak and gold ornate. We dispatch from Newcastle and offer free UK delivery over £60. Hang this in a bedroom where you want calm rather than noise, and you'll find your eye returning to it each morning, drawn by the unhurried grace of Hokusai's composition.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
