Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

Hasui Kawase's Evening at Itako captures a moment of quiet reflection: a solitary boat gliding through still water, the landscape reduced to essential forms and a restrained palette. This Japanese woodblock print epitomises printmaking at its most elegant—no fuss, just perfectly observed light and atmosphere. We've reproduced it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the serene mood will hold for decades.

Choose from seven sizes, from A4 right through to 70x100cm, depending on whether you want intimate detail or dramatic presence. If you'd prefer a frame, we offer solid wood in natural oak, black, white, or gold ornate finishes—all glazed and ready to hang. Your print arrives rolled in a protective tube, dispatched from Newcastle with free UK delivery over £60.

This is the kind of work that settles into a room without demanding attention, equally at home as bedroom wall art, in hallways, or dining spaces where you want calm rather than clatter. Explore more Japanese prints in the same restrained tradition, or pair this with minimalist décor for a study in understated refinement. The muted tones and horizontal composition make this print particularly suited to spaces that value contemplation over conversation.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
