This jellyfish art print draws from Ernst Haeckel's 19th-century marine studies—scientific illustrations so beautifully rendered they blur the line between taxonomy and art. The jellyfish itself is rendered with remarkable anatomical precision and an almost balletic elegance, the kind of intricate linework that reveals something new each time you look at it.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks that hold their colour for decades, faithfully reproducing the subtle tonal shifts of Haeckel's original work. It comes in four sizes—A4, A3, A2 and A1—so whether you're dressing a bedroom wall or making a statement across a living room, there's a scale that fits.

Frame it in natural oak for understated warmth, sleek black for contrast, or our ornate gold finish to lean fully into the vintage illustrative art aesthetic. Build a gallery wall with other Haeckel specimens or let it anchor a room on its own. Dispatched from our Newcastle studio rolled in a protective tube, it arrives ready to hang.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
