Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

This woodblock print by Hasui Kawase captures a quiet moment—mist clinging to temple grounds, a figure crossing a bridge—with compositional restraint that rewards repeated glances. It's a masterclass in simplicity, the sort of work that asks you to slow down and look properly. Like much of Japanese art from this era, it speaks through what it leaves out.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, so the subtle gradations of colour stay true for decades. Seven sizes run from A4 through to our larger 70x100cm format, each dispatched rolled and protected from our Newcastle base, with free UK delivery on orders over £60.

Slip it into one of our solid wood frames—black, natural oak, white, or gold ornate—and it arrives ready to hang. Whether it anchors bedroom wall art, sits as a meditation point in the kitchen, or forms part of a gallery wall in your living space, this print settles into its surroundings with the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from disciplined composition.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
