This antique botanical illustration captures the delicate beauty of the Matilija poppy with the kind of scientific precision you'd find in a Victorian naturalist's study. The soft, detailed linework and vintage aesthetic bring genuine old-world charm without feeling kitschy—it's the sort of print that works equally well in a bedroom, kitchen or living space where you want something with a bit of character.

We've reproduced it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, which means it'll hold its colours for years. Matte paper suits this style perfectly, softening the tones and letting the botanical detail do the talking. Available in A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm and 70x100cm, so you can scale it to fit your wall.

It arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame or display as you wish. Pair it with our solid wood frames in black, natural oak or white for a gallery-style look, or hang it unframed for a more relaxed feel against your wall.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
