Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

Hasui Kawase's Namikiri in Shima is a masterclass in restraint. This woodblock print captures a solitary boatman navigating misty waters with the kind of atmospheric subtlety that rewards a quiet corner—whether that's your bedroom, hallway, or dining room. It's the sort of piece you find yourself studying again and again.

We hold the largest collection of Hasui Kawase reproductions available, and this one deserves its place among them. Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, it carries the weight and presence of the original without the weight of the price tag. Pick your size from A4 up to our expansive 70x100cm, depending on how much of that moody water you want in your life.

Frame it or leave it bare—both work beautifully. Our solid wood frames come in black, white, natural oak and gold ornate finishes, all glazed and ready to hang. Whether you're building a bedroom wall art collection or adding a single focal point, this print arrives rolled and protected from our Newcastle studio. Hung alone or as part of a gallery wall, it sits like something collected over years rather than ordered online—understated, contemplative, and never quite the same when the light changes.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
