This royal portrait print flips the script on formal monarchy—a young Queen Elizabeth, caught mid-bubble, blows an impossibly large gum bubble in vivid bubblegum purple. The contrast between her dignified black and white appearance and that defiant burst of colour is precisely what makes it work: cheeky without being cheap, subversive without losing charm.

If you're after quirky art prints that spark conversation, this one delivers. It sits perfectly alongside more traditional décor until visitors lean in and spot the humour hiding beneath. The kind of piece that rewards a second glance, then a third.

Printed on 230gsm fine art paper with archival pigment inks—colours stay true for decades. Available in A4 through to larger sizes, and we frame them too: choose black, white, natural oak or gold ornate wood finishes, all glazed and ready to hang. Ships rolled safely in a protective tube from our Newcastle studio, with free UK delivery over £60.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
