This is Hasui Kawase's Shinohashi Bridge, captured in that distinctive woodblock-print style that makes you want to sit quietly and just look. It's a work that whispers rather than shouts—which is precisely why it belongs on your wall. The composition draws the eye across water and architecture with the kind of restraint that only comes from proper craftsmanship, something Kawase perfected across hundreds of prints exploring Japan's landscapes and urban scenes.

We've reproduced it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, so it'll hold its composure for decades. Available in seven sizes from A4 right through to a commanding 70x100cm, there's a scale that suits everything from a compact hallway to a gallery-style arrangement. Each print arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame or display as you see fit.

Pair it with one of our solid wood frames—black, white, natural oak, or gold ornate—and you've got something that looks considered on a bedroom wall, dining room, or anywhere you need a moment of calm. It's the kind of print that rewards closer inspection, whether you're five metres away or standing right in front of it.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
