This egg art print draws inspiration from the meticulous documentation of 19th-century naturalists, capturing the delicate speckles and subtle variations that make each egg unique. Rendered in the clean, diagrammatic style of museum collections, it arrives with a refined white border that lets the composition breathe. It's the kind of nature print that feels equally at home in a curiosity cabinet or hung above a farmhouse dresser.

The muted, neutral palette sits comfortably within any room without demanding the spotlight, though it rewards closer inspection with the kind of quiet detail you'd expect from serious natural history illustration. Whether you're drawn to Scandinavian simplicity or just prefer wall art that doesn't shout, this one works hard in the background.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, so it'll outlast the original by decades. Pick your size from A4 up to A1, or frame it in solid wood—black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—ready to hang. It's particularly effective in kitchen wall art displays, whether standing alone or grouped with other vintage natural history prints to build a gallery wall that feels both collected and intentional.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
