This altered art print layers a defiant slice of Paul Weller's wisdom over a classical still-life painting, transforming it into something altogether more rebellious. The graffiti-style typography of "Stop dreaming of the quiet life, it's the one we'll never know" cuts through the canvas like urban street art, creating that distinctive collision between high and low that makes you stop and look twice.

We've been designing and printing wall art from our Newcastle studio for over a decade, and this is the kind of piece that doesn't exist anywhere else—it's made in-house and exclusive to Ink & Drop. Whether you're drawn to lyrics and film quote wall art prints or just fancy something with proper attitude, this one delivers both substance and edge.

Printed on professional-grade 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, it'll hold its colour and character for decades. Available in four sizes from A4 up to A1, plus larger formats if you really want to make a statement. The print arrives rolled in a protective tube ready to frame or hang, and if you'd rather not faff about with framing, we've got solid wood frames in black, white, oak and gold finishes ready to go.

Perfect for a bedroom wall art print that refuses to blend into the background, or anywhere else you want to add a dose of creative provocation without irony.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
