This Udo Tower print captures the serene geometry of Kumamoto Castle through Hasui Kawase's masterful woodblock aesthetic. The composition breathes with a quiet contemplation that's perfect for bedroom wall art or a dining room that needs a moment of calm. Kawase's work has endured for good reason—there's an elegance in restraint.

We reproduce it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks that won't fade over decades. It arrives rolled in a protective tube, dispatched from our Newcastle base with free UK delivery over £60. Seven sizes are available, from A4 up to 70x100cm, so you can scale it to suit your space.

Frame it in solid wood—black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—and it's ready to hang straight away. Or display it unframed and let the minimalist architecture speak for itself. Browse more Japanese art prints from our collection, or go back over a decade of Ink & Drop's carefully curated wall art. This one settles into a room rather than shouting; it's the kind of piece you find yourself returning to.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
