A beautifully rendered antique map of America from 1640 by cartographer Abraham Goos, capturing a time when the continent's geography was still being discovered and refined. The hand-coloured aesthetic gives this print genuine character – those soft, aged tones and intricate detail work are unmistakably historic, yet feel utterly fresh on a modern wall.

Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, this reproduction honours the original's craftsmanship whilst ensuring it'll outlast us all. Available in A4, A3, A2, A1, or our larger 50x70cm and 70x100cm formats, so whether you're filling a cosy corner or making a statement across a gallery wall, there's a size that works.

If you fancy something more finished, pair it with one of our solid wood frames – black, white, natural oak or gold ornate – all glazed and ready to hang straight away. Unframed prints arrive rolled protectively and dispatched from Newcastle. Display it solo for understated elegance, or build a map collection around it for a proper explorer's study.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
