This snow scene at Asakusa Kannon Temple captures the hushed beauty that made Hasui Kawase one of Japan's most revered ukiyo-e artists. The composition draws you in rather than shouts—it's the kind of image that rewards a second glance and a quiet moment of contemplation.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the soft tones and atmospheric detail stay faithful for decades. Seven sizes are available, from A4 up to 70×100cm, meaning you can tailor it to your wall and mood.

Add one of our solid wood frames—black, white, natural oak, or gold ornate—and it ships ready to hang from Newcastle. Whether you're dressing a bedroom, dining room, or hallway, or curating a collection of Japanese prints for a gallery wall, this one settles in with the kind of understated poise that makes you linger.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
