Hasui Kawase's Morning Sea at Shiribeshi captures the quiet moment between night and day—a delicate study in mist and minimalist colour that feels as restful as it looks. This woodblock print, rendered in soft blues and greys, carries the unmistakable elegance of early 20th-century Japanese printmaking without demanding attention. It's the sort of image that grows on you.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, so it'll hold its subtle tones for decades. Choose from seven sizes: A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm, 70x100cm, or ask us about bespoke dimensions. Each print arrives rolled in a protective tube, dispatched from Newcastle, with free UK delivery on orders over £60.

Frame it in natural oak or black wood for understated gallery-wall appeal, or white and gold for something softer. Unframed, it slots beautifully into bedroom wall art schemes, kitchens, or anywhere you want calm without compromise. This Japanese print brings the kind of serene restraint that lets the rest of your room breathe.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
