This birds of prey illustration print reproduces Elena Pavlovna Gertik's classical early twentieth-century work, originally drawn for Russian children's books. Her meticulous linework and restrained colouring have an enduring quality that works equally well above a child's bed or in a grown-up's sitting room.

The warm, muted palette and naturalistic detail give these birds genuine presence without demanding attention. It's the kind of print that settles into a space rather than shouting from the wall, which is precisely why it suits so many rooms and decorating styles. Pair it with other neutral wall art for a layered, curated look.

Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks and professional giclée techniques, this reproduction will hold its colour for years. Available in A4, A3, A2, A1, plus 50×70cm and 70×100cm, it arrives rolled in a protective tube from our Newcastle studio. Choose a frame from our solid wood and gold ornate finishes—or hang it unframed for a more understated effect—and watch how the muted ochres and greys anchor any room without competing for visual space.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
