This gecko art print is a stunning reproduction of an illustration by Russian artist Elena Pavlovna Gertik, whose work graced children's books and colouring albums throughout the mid-twentieth century. Her distinctive style—precise, playful, and full of character—translates beautifully to the wall, whether you're decorating a nursery, a child's bedroom, or anywhere else that could do with a touch of vintage charm and natural history wonder.

Seven geckos, rendered in soft blues and earthy tones, cluster across the composition with the kind of scientific detail that appeals equally to curious minds and design-conscious adults. Gertik had a gift for bringing creatures to life on the page, and this print captures that same sense of observation and affection. Browse our full collection of animal wall art prints for more vintage-inspired wildlife to complete your scheme.

Printed on 230gsm archival fine art paper using professional giclée techniques and fade-resistant pigment inks, this reproduction holds its colour and detail beautifully over decades. Available in A4, A3, A2, and larger sizes, it works equally well as a standalone piece or as part of a gallery wall. Add a frame in natural oak, black, white, or gold ornate finishes at checkout if you'd like it ready to hang, and we'll dispatch it rolled safely from our Newcastle studio with free UK delivery over £60.

The soft blue palette and delicate linework sit somewhere between scientific illustration and children's book art—a nostalgic echo of nature study that feels as comfortable in a modern living room as it does in a child's room.
