This lizard art print celebrates the delightful naturalism of Russian illustrator Elena Pavlovna Gertik, whose work enchanted children throughout the early 20th century. Six creatures in soft blues and muted tones each possess their own character—Gertik had a gift for catching personality in a glance, even in reptiles.

While Gertik's illustrations shine in a nursery or child's bedroom, the sophisticated colour palette and vintage charm work equally well in a kitchen, hallway or living room. These aren't saccharine animal prints; there's genuine artistry here, paired with gentle humour that appeals to adults too.

We print on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks that resist fading for decades. Pick from A4 through to A1, or go larger with 50x70cm and 70x100cm sizes. Add one of our solid wood frames—black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—and it ships ready to hang. Unframed prints arrive rolled safely in a protective tube. When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
