This stingray and fish study is a beautiful reproduction of Elena Pavlovna Gertik's early twentieth-century illustration work. The Russian artist became known for her distinctive contributions to children's books and colouring albums, and this marine composition carries that same sense of curious naturalism—perfectly suited to bathroom spaces, nurseries, or anywhere you'd like a window into the natural world without the fuss.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the soft colouring and delicate line work stay true for decades to come. Available in six sizes from A4 up to 70x100cm, it comes unframed as standard but pairs beautifully with our solid wood frames in black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—all of which complement Gertik's vintage aesthetic perfectly.

We dispatch from Newcastle in a protective tube, and you'll get free UK delivery on orders over £60. Whether you're after animal wall art that works as a collection or a standalone piece for the bathroom, this one brings the sort of gentle, meditative quality that makes you want to linger in front of it.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
