The "Where There's Muck There's Brass" print celebrates one of the north of England's best-loved sayings in bold, show-stopping typography. Four lines of ornate, circus-style lettering stack neatly in portrait format, turning a proud piece of industrial folk wisdom into striking wall art.

The design plays with a rich palette of burnished gold and deep chocolate brown set against a dark navy background. The letters carry a worn, textured, brass-like finish, with layered drop shadows that give each word a raised, signwriter feel. Alternating gold and brown lines create a pleasing rhythm, so the eye travels down the page from "Where" to "Brass". It is a nod to Victorian posters, fairground banners and hand-painted shop signs, and it suits the saying perfectly: hard graft, honest work and the money it brings.
