The Sidney R. Ellis' Bonnie Scotland (1895) print is a vintage theatre poster print that brings a slice of Victorian stage entertainment to your wall. A grinning, white-faced clown in a feathered hat leans warmly between a young man in a Scottish bonnet and a dark-haired woman in a red tartan-trimmed costume, with the show's name "Bonnie Scotland" and the words "At Paldy's Fair" in bold lettering.

What makes the artwork so special is its theatrical charm. The rich lithographic palette of warm oranges, creamy whites, tartan greens and soft sky blue gives the poster a joyful, nostalgic glow, while the expressive faces and playful costume details capture the spirit of a lively fair-day performance. The chunky, hand-drawn style lettering is pure late-nineteenth-century showbill, making this a standout piece of Scottish vintage wall art and a nod to the golden age of the travelling stage show.
