Kamisaka Sekka's peonies practically unfold across the page—those ruffled blooms rendered with the precision and poetry his woodblock designs are known for. This print captures the Japanese artist's gift for translating nature into something both decorative and deeply observant, all soft gradations and considered line work.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, so the delicate tones hold their own over time. Available in A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm and 70x100cm, it scales beautifully whether you're working with an intimate corner or a proper gallery wall art collection. Unframed by default, but pair it with one of our solid wood frames—black, white, oak or gold ornate—and it arrives glazed and ready to hang.

Dispatched from our Newcastle studio and backed by over a decade of printing expertise, this is the kind of print that rewards close looking without demanding attention. Frame it and watch it settle into a room with the unhurried confidence of something genuinely beautiful.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
