This Alpine valley print captures Joseph Anton Koch's Romantic vision of the Lauterbrunnertal near Unterseen, where dramatic cliffs rise above misty meadows in soft, golden light. The 19th-century painting has an almost dreamlike quality—the kind of landscape art that rewards closer inspection, with subtle details emerging the longer you look.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so Koch's delicate palette stays faithful to the original. Choose from seven sizes: A4, A3, A2, A1, plus 50x70cm and 70x100cm. All prints arrive rolled in a protective tube and dispatched from our Newcastle studio, with free UK delivery over £60.

Prefer it framed? We offer solid wood frames in black, white, natural oak and gold ornate finishes—all glazed and ready to hang. Whether you're drawn to classic landscape paintings or looking to add something serene to your bathroom wall art, this print brings that Alpine stillness into any room, quiet enough to sit with, striking enough to anchor a wall.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
