The Paintball Lady print takes a poised, classical-style portrait of a woman in a rust-red gown and teal sash, standing against cool marble, and hits it with a burst of neon paint splatters. It is altered art at its most playful, setting old-world elegance against modern, street-style chaos.

Look closely and the contrast is the whole joke. She stands calmly, hand on hip, a peacock-feather fan at her side, with a faintly unimpressed expression, while bright dots of violet, lime, hot pink, orange, turquoise and white drip and splash across her dress, arms and hair. The warm creams and veined greys of the marble backdrop keep the composition grounded, so every splatter pops. The tall portrait format suits the figure beautifully and gives the colour a lively vertical rhythm.
