This Japanese art print captures Hasui Kawase's iconic rendering of the Great Buddha at Kamakura—a serene landscape bathed in subtle colour and contemplative stillness. Kawase's mastery of light and perspective transforms the monumental subject into something intimate, making it equally at home in a bedroom, dining room or living space seeking quiet sophistication., part of our bedroom wall art prints collection.

Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, the image retains its delicate tones and detail for decades without fading. The matte finish eliminates glare and lets the intricate composition breathe, whether you choose to frame it or display it unframed.

We've stocked this piece alongside our collection of vintage travel posters and antique-style prints, and it pairs beautifully with minimalist interiors. Available in five sizes from A4 up to 70×100cm, it works equally well as a solitary statement or as part of a considered gallery wall. If you'd like it ready to hang, we offer solid wood framing in black, white, natural oak and gold finishes.

Dispatched from Newcastle and rolled carefully for protection, this print arrives as a moment of Japanese contemplation that feels both timeless and entirely present.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
