Sending art in the post is a tricky business, but you can rest assured we have 10 years experience packing prints for delivery.

We aim to deliver our prints to the USA within 10 working days

What should I do if the artwork I received is damaged?
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at as soon as possible! Please take a photo of the damage as well as the packaging so we can file a damage claim.

What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an item please also contact with your order number and we will assist you on how to return the product, If you could also include your reason for the return in the email please.

Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns but please email  and we will help you as much as we can. 

When will my order be delivered?

Our items are made to order and hand-assembled - most orders are delivered 10-12 business days from the date of purchase. 

When will I receive a shipping tracking number?

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.  Most orders are shipped within 10 business days.  

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

We can still change the address for you if you contact us before the item has gone in to production. Changing order information will delay the shipment.

What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it?

We always recommend checking with neighbors or looking around your property to see if the courier has left the item in a safe place. If you still can't locate the package please contact , please contact us at with your order number.
