Alexander Francis Lydon's botanical illustrations capture the intricate beauty of nature with scientific precision, and this Begonia Rex leaf study is no exception. The distinctive patterned foliage is rendered through meticulous detail and soft colouring, bridging the gap between natural history drawing and fine art in a way that feels both timeless and contemporary.

Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, the print holds its colour for decades. It's available in four sizes—A4 through to A1—so whether you're filling a small hallway corner or anchoring a bedroom gallery wall, there's a format that fits. We've been selling wall art from Newcastle for over a decade, and this botanical beauty works just as well in a living space as it does in a study.

Order unframed and it arrives safely rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame as you please. Or select one of our solid wood frames at checkout—black, white, natural oak, or ornate gold—and it ships glazed and ready to hang. For anyone drawn to botanical wall prints and green living spaces, this Begonia study brings both colour and character to bare walls.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
