This striking woodblock print captures a Japanese actor transformed into a dragon god, rendered with the dramatic intensity that Kogyo Tsukioka brought to his theatrical subjects. The bold composition and intricate detail make it work equally well in a bedroom, hallway, or kitchen—anywhere that could use a moment of theatrical swagger. Explore more Japanese art prints from our collection.

We print it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the colours stay true for years. It arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to unroll and display. Choose one of our solid wood frames—black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—at checkout if you'd prefer it to arrive ready to hang on the wall.

Available in A4, A3, A2, A1, plus 50x70cm and 70x100cm, so you can scale it to suit your space. This print is equally at home as a focal point in a bedroom or as part of a bathroom art scheme, where its theatrical energy transforms an everyday space into something with genuine visual presence.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
