This print captures a bit of proper Northern wisdom in bold, confident type. "Shy Bairns Get Nowt" is a saying that'll resonate with anyone from the North East, printed here in striking black and white typography that doesn't apologise for itself.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, so it's built to last. Available in A4, A3, A2 or A1 sizes depending on how loud you want to shout about it. Roll it up, it arrives protected in a tube, and it's ready to frame or hang as is.

Pair it with one of our solid wood frames in black, white, oak or gold for a finished look, or let the typography do its own thing on bare wall. Either way, it's a witty reminder that a bit of cheek gets you further than shyness ever will.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
