Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

This botanical illustration of the Sonerila magaritacea leaf is Alexander Francis Lydon's meticulous study of nature—a nineteenth-century masterpiece that captures every delicate vein and tonal shift with scientific precision and genuine artistic grace. Lydon's gift was rendering botanical detail without sacrificing beauty, and this print sits perfectly at that intersection.

We've reproduced it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks that resist fading for decades, so the greens and subtle mid-tones remain faithful to the original. Five sizes are available, from A4 up to 70x100cm, letting you go understated or make a proper statement. Choose to frame it in black, white, natural oak or gold ornate finishes—all glazed and ready to hang—or keep it unframed for flexibility.

It's equally at home in a bedroom corner, a hallway, or layered into a gallery wall with other nature prints. Pair it with complementary pieces to build a coherent scheme, or let it breathe alone. We've been shipping botanical wall art from Newcastle for over a decade, rolled carefully and delivered across the UK. This one rewards close looking—the kind of print where you spot something new each time you glance over.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
