This is a woodblock print by Hasui Kawase, one of Japan's most celebrated landscape artists. Uchiyamashita, Okayama captures a quiet moment with characteristic precision—minimal detail, thoughtful composition, and that particular stillness Kawase was known for. It's the sort of print that rewards lingering looks.

We've reproduced it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so it'll hold its colour for decades. Available in seven sizes, from A4 right up to 70×100cm, so whether you're working with a modest hallway or a generous dining room wall, there's a version that fits.

It arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame or display as you see fit. If you'd rather skip the framing stage, we offer solid wood frames in black, white, natural oak and gold ornate finishes—all glazed and ready to hang. Hung alone or grouped with other prints, this one settles into a space with quiet authority.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
