This 1942 world map from Manila Shinbun-Sha is a striking historical document, hand-drawn with meticulous detail to chart the geopolitical landscape of wartime. Rendered in colour, it captures a pivotal moment frozen in cartography—territories, alliances, and the shifting borders of the Second World War all laid bare in one compelling composition.

Whether you're drawn to military history, vintage design, or the aesthetics of mid-century mapmaking, this print works beautifully in a study, office, or classroom. Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, it's built to last decades without fading. Available in A4 (21x30cm) and larger sizes, unframed or paired with your choice of solid wood frame—black, white, natural oak, or ornate gold.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
