The inflatable swan in Pink Float is a gloriously unexpected guest in an otherwise traditional landscape. Painted in the manner of a classic autumn river scene, the print shows a bright pink swan-neck pool float drifting on still, dark water, surrounded by russet reeds and bare winter trees.

What makes this artwork so special is the contrast. The textured, expressive brushwork of the bankside grasses glows in rich coppers, rusts and deep browns, while the sky and water reflect cool blues and flashes of silvery light. Into that quiet, moody calm floats a cheerful pink ring with a black beak and painted wing details, its reflection rippling beneath it. It is part serene countryside, part visual joke, and it rewards a second look every time you walk past.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
