The elderly gentleman in this old-master-style portrait gazes out with weary dignity, his white beard and furrowed brow lit against a dark, moody background. Then you notice the giant, glossy red baubles dangling from his ears. It is a gloriously deadpan festive joke, painted with all the gravity of a Dutch Golden Age masterpiece.

Send it as a funny Christmas card for friends who appreciate dry humour, or pick it as a Christmas card for dad, grandad or the colleague who takes the office decorations far too seriously. If you love a vintage portrait Christmas card with a twist, this one delivers a proper laugh. The blank Christmas card interior leaves plenty of room for your own message, whether that is a heartfelt note or an equally straight-faced one-liner.

A print shop with a difference

What makes Ink & Drop different, is our unique mix of industry knowledge and backgrounds. Having worked in the creative / design industry for over 20 years, we have an unparalleled knowledge of print techniques, paper stock, and artworking. Our team members have also worked in the Urban Art and Street Art scene for a number of years, creating and releasing highly limited edition, sought after art prints. This is what gives our artwork an edge, and a distinct difference to generic wall art. Blending popular interior themes such as Scandinavian style, with an alternative edge we create truly unique artwork for your walls.

Our range of poster prints is ever expanding, as we always have our eye on current interior design trends, but always injecting our own designs and twists. Take a look through our range, we’ve a style of artwork to suit every home and beyond!

About Our Prints

All Ink & Drop artwork is unique and created in our studio by our designers. You can be safe in the knowledge that you will be adding a unique touch to your walls. Our imagery is printed onto high quality, 230gsm (that’s thick!) matt fine art paper. We use the latest equipment and archival, fade resistant inks to create beautiful bold artwork.

Each and every print to leave our studio, has been printed, packed and dispatched individually by hand for you. Ink & Drop is not a factory full of printers, it is a small, considerate operation.
