Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

This Arctic map print reproduces a remarkable 1598 original, a cartographic artefact that's outlasted centuries. The warm, period-accurate tones avoid the flat sterility of modern reproductions, instead lending genuine character to every coastline and navigational notation. Close inspection rewards you with intricate detail—perfect whether you're tracing imagined shipping routes or simply absorbing the aesthetic pull of antique mapmaking.

We've printed it on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks that resist fading for decades, preserving that historical warmth long-term. Choose from A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm or 70x100cm depending on whether you want understated charm or a full-wall statement. It ships rolled in a protective tube from Newcastle, with free UK delivery over £60.

Pair it with one of our solid wood frames—black, white, natural oak or gold ornate—and we'll glaze and hang it ready for your wall. Whether displayed solo or woven into a broader collection of vintage map prints, this piece brings authentic wanderlust and the romance of age-old exploration into modern rooms.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
