This hippo Christmas card is a proper antidote to the usual winter fare. A6 size (105x148mm), printed on crisp white matte 300gsm card stock using archival pigment inks that stay vibrant whether it's pinned to your mantelpiece or tucked away in a drawer for next year. Every card is printed individually, so you'll receive it in perfect condition—no bent corners or smudged ink to contend with.

Each order comes with a matching envelope, meaning you can send your greetings straight away without hunting for something that fits. Need more than one? We offer single cards or packs of five, perfect whether you're reaching out to hippo enthusiasts or just want a spare for the kitchen dresser.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we've been printing and posting handmade Christmas greetings cards across the UK for over a decade. This particular design has proven popular with anyone tired of the standard festive clichés—it's the sort of card that makes people remember you actually put some thought into it, rather than grabbing a box of identical sentiment from the supermarket.

A print shop with a difference

What makes Ink & Drop different, is our unique mix of industry knowledge and backgrounds. Having worked in the creative / design industry for over 20 years, we have an unparalleled knowledge of print techniques, paper stock, and artworking. Our team members have also worked in the Urban Art and Street Art scene for a number of years, creating and releasing highly limited edition, sought after art prints. This is what gives our artwork an edge, and a distinct difference to generic wall art. Blending popular interior themes such as Scandinavian style, with an alternative edge we create truly unique artwork for your walls.

Our range of poster prints is ever expanding, as we always have our eye on current interior design trends, but always injecting our own designs and twists. Take a look through our range, we’ve a style of artwork to suit every home and beyond!

About Our Prints

All Ink & Drop artwork is unique and created in our studio by our designers. You can be safe in the knowledge that you will be adding a unique touch to your walls. Our imagery is printed onto high quality, 230gsm (that’s thick!) matt fine art paper. We use the latest equipment and archival, fade resistant inks to create beautiful bold artwork.

Each and every print to leave our studio, has been printed, packed and dispatched individually by hand for you. Ink & Drop is not a factory full of printers, it is a small, considerate operation.
