The Lion Family with Cubs print is a richly detailed vintage-style illustration of a proud male lion, a watchful lioness and two playful cubs resting beneath towering sandstone cliffs. It brings together wildlife, family and classic natural-history illustration in a single, striking portrait composition.

The male lion stands tall at the centre with a full, flowing mane and a steady, commanding gaze, while the lioness lies in front of him, calm and alert. At her side one cub looks up curiously and another tumbles in mock battle in the foreground, adding warmth and movement to the scene. The palette is dominated by golden ambers, warm tawny browns and soft sandy creams, set against hazy, pale cliffs that give the piece a sun-baked, timeless atmosphere. The gentle, aged texture gives it the charm of a well-loved antique plate, making it a strong choice for anyone drawn to vintage lion wall art.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
