Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

This vintage printing poster from Queen City draws its visual punch from bold red and blue figures, a deliberate showcase of the inks being advertised. Illustrated by Augustus Jansson and dating back to 1863, it's a slice of design history that marries artistry with commercial ingenuity—a reminder of when promotional materials were genuinely worth framing.

We've reproduced it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the colours remain vivid for decades. It arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to hang as-is or paired with one of our solid wood frames in black, white, oak or gold finishes.

Whether you're after vintage printing posters or the full Queen City collection, this print works beautifully in living rooms, studies or anywhere that benefits from a dash of late-Victorian graphic charm. Available in A4, A3, A2, A1 and larger formats. Browse our other recommended prints or dispatch yours today—free UK delivery over £60. Ink & Drop has been selling wall art from Newcastle for over 10 years, and this particular piece captures the exact moment when the printing industry realised colour itself could be the message.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
