Van Gogh's pencil sketches rarely get the spotlight, yet they're quietly masterful—this 1888 study of wheatfields proves it. The delicate line work captures movement and mood with just graphite and paper, a side of the artist many overlook in favour of his bolder oils.

Set against a soft neutral ground with Van Gogh's own handwriting visible, it feels intimate and authentic. Printed on 230gsm fine art paper using archival pigment inks, the subtlety of the original is preserved without pretension.

Available from A4 up to A1, and ready to frame in your choice of solid wood finishes—black, white, natural oak, or gold ornate. Rolls safely in a protective tube and ships from Newcastle.

Hung alone or as part of a gallery wall, it brings a sense of artistic authenticity to bedrooms and hallways without demanding attention—it rewards it instead.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
