Add 4 21x30cm Prints to your cart, and we'll add 4 frames absolutely FREE!

This alpine buckthorn botanical print is a lovingly reproduced antique illustration, capturing the delicate detail and scholarly precision of vintage naturalist work. The soft, muted palette and intricate line work feel genuinely old-world—the kind of thing you'd discover in a nineteenth-century herbalist's journal, except it'll actually outlast the original thanks to our archival pigment inks and 230gsm fine art paper.

We've chosen matte paper to let the botanical detail breathe without any gloss catching the light, staying true to the antique aesthetic. It's available from A4 right through to A1, so whether you're filling a small corner or creating a proper gallery moment, there's a size that works. Browse our full collection of botanical prints if you're thinking of building a series around this piece.

Pair it with one of our natural oak or white wooden frames for a look that feels collected and considered, or display it unframed and layer it into an existing arrangement. This works beautifully as bedroom wall art where the delicate botanical studies reward close inspection—there's always something new to notice in the intricate linework and subtle shading that speaks to patient nineteenth-century observation.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
