This Hasui Kawase landscape print captures Saruiwa, Shiobara with remarkable restraint—a composition of rock and water that feels meditative without being sentimental. The subtle gradations and muted palette give it a contemplative quality that works beautifully in modern spaces, which is precisely why Japanese prints from this era remain so relevant today.

We print it on 230gsm fine art paper using professional giclée printing and archival pigment inks, so the colours stay true for decades rather than fading into disappointment. You can order it in sizes from A4 through to 70x100cm—pick whatever suits your wall and your vision.

It arrives rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame yourself or hang unframed. If frames appeal to you, we've got it ready-glazed in black, white, natural oak or ornate gold finishes. Dispatched from our Newcastle studio with free UK delivery over £60, this print feels equally at home in a bedroom sanctuary or a minimalist hallway where quiet presence does all the work.

When you order a frame from us, it is professionally framed in our workshop and will arrive ready to hang on your wall. The frame itself is a minimal, square black frame, 20mm wide to suit any interior style. There is a visible wood grain as they are made from real wood. This makes them much stronger and resistant to warping like cheaper, MDF frames tend to.
